About the Speaker
Captain Rich Urena of Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office is currently the West Valley Patrol Division Commander who manages law enforcement services for the cities of Cupertino, Saratoga, Los Altos Hills, and the western unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County. He has experience in many assignments, which includes investigating crimes of fraud and scams targeting seniors . He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and is a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
