Grant from Forum Health Fund

Updated: Apr 30, 2021

The Forum Health Fund awarded a $6500 grant to Cupertino Library Foundation in November 2020. The grant is for developing and providing informational and educational programs in 2021 for seniors in the Cupertino area in four categories: Senior Housing, Memory Diseases and Care, Cybersecurity, and Caregiving for Parents.

The Forum Health Fund is a tax-exempt charitable organization centered at The Forum at Rancho San Antonio in Cupertino. It was accredited in 2018 to finance health care and education programs for seniors in the Cupertino region.

In addition to the Cupertino Library Foundation, the Forum Health Fund has provided funding to the Daffodil Hill Memory Care Center to initiate technology-based programs to improve patients’ quality of life and communication with their families. In-patients at Daffodil Hill come from the community and from The Forum.

A press release was issued by the Forum in Cupertino Courier. It can be found at The Mercury News’ Cupertino community briefs for the week of Jan. 8
