Join Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Hema Kundargi for this fun, informative session on your digestive health!

Hema will explain the workings of the digestive system, the role of probiotics and prebiotics, and share simple food combinations that can help your GI flora. She will also discuss elimination, the healthy functioning of your gastrointestinal tract, what defines ‘normal’ bowel movements, and will offer helpful tips to discuss this delicate subject with your doctor.

About Hema

Hema Kundargi is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a MS in Nutrition and Dietetics, and is passionate about cooking. She had an award winning cooking show, Indian Vegetarian Gourmet , on local cable channels, and her DVDs are available in Cupertino Library. In 2013, she went back to school to get her masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is currently working on a new cooking show series, Eat2Beat with a Culinary Dietitian, a show that translates nutritional science into simple cooking tips and easy recipes for specific disease states.
