Tim is an immigration lawyer and resident of Cupertino. His practice focuses on corporate immigration law, employment-based immigration, and family-sponsored immigration. Tim graduated from Tulane University Law School, J.D., and Vassar College, A.B., English.
Tim was previously a member of the Board of Directors for the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce (2014-2016) and served as the Chamber’s Vice-President for Legislative Action. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and serves on AILA National’s Ethics Committee.
Tim was motivated to join the Board of Directors of the Cupertino Library Foundation by his long-held belief in the Cupertino Library as a place where discoveries can be made that can change lives. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and reading short stories by William Trevor and novels by Mark Twain, Tom Wolfe, and Charles Dickens.
